Do you have items for hire that have not been listed on your website?  

We sure do, pop in to the emporium at 24 Vella Drive, Sunshine West 3012 to view our full range or give us a call on (03) 9310 1595 to discuss what you are looking for.

What if I need help with styling or decorating my event?

We are more than happy to help you with the styling of any event big or small. We encourage you to come and visit us so we can discuss ideas, it is suggested that you bring along pictures of what you may have in mind and we will bring your ideas to life! Alternatively, give us a call or drop us an email and we can go from there.

What are your hours of operation?

We have a 24/7 customer service line if you wish to order over the phone or have any enquiries:

Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Weekends and outside of these hours are by appointment only

What payment options do you offer?

You may pay by mastercard, visa, amex or direct bank deposit. Please keep in mind that Amex has an extra 3% surcharge.

Is there a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order

Am I able to pick up the equipment after hours?

Yes, you may arrange to collect equipment after hours.

Do you deliver?     

Yes we do, please contact us directly on info@empirered.com.au regarding deliveries.                                                                              

Do you set up?

We sure do! You may arrange for the crew to set up at an extra cost 

Does the pricing include GST?

GST is included at check out

Can I order something to be custom made?

You sure can! Give us a call on _____ for a custom made design quote or send us through an email at

When must I collect my order?

 

Is a deposit required?

Is a bond required?

Yes

 

What happens if equipment is accidentally damaged or lost during my hire?

If equipment is broken or damaged upon return an invoice will be sent to you accordingly. 

When do I have to return the equipment?

If you are ordering to hire for an event the weekend, equipment is required back on the Monday following your event. Otherwise items may be hired for 4 days.

What happens if I don’t return equipment by the allocated date?

If equipment is not returned by the following Monday of your event or after ___ days, a __% surcharge will incur each following day.

Do we have to wash and clean everything before returning?

Equipment should be returned in the condition they were hired and will be inspected upon return, however linen will not need to be cleaned.
